It is because of Your great grace and mercy, that we, this nation of the United States of America come before you in the Name of the
Lord Jesus Christ and Through His Person. (Acts 4:12).  It was by Your Divine providence and with Him as our cornerstone that this
nation was founded, and this day we, the peoples of The United States of America, give Honor and Glory to Him whom we
acknowledge as the Rock of our Salvation, the rock upon which this nation is build.

We humbly remind You, Oh Great Father, of the great sacrifice Jesus made at Calvary. The awesome price He paid so that we might
be granted access into Your Most Holy Presence. The great price of emptying Himself that we might live in righteous peace with You.
Righteous Father, only through and because of His great sacrifice, His blood and His Redemption of us, do we gather before You
this day as a nation to acknowledge our sins, to repent of our sins and to seek Your forgiveness of our sins. (1 John 1:9).

Holy God Almighty, because it is written in Pro 28:13  “He who covers his sins shall not be blessed; but whoever confesses and
leaves them shall have mercy”, and because it is also written in 2 Chronicles 7:14, “If My people, who are called by My name, shall
humble themselves and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven and will forgive their
sin and will heal their land”, that we come to Your great throne of grace to confess our sins that we might find mercy (Heb 4:6).

And so, Gracious God, this day we humble ourselves in Your Most Holy presence, asking that you would incline Your ear as we
shamefully acknowledge and confess our sins before You.

Forgive us Lord, for:
  • Our complacency, compromise and apathy.
  • Sleeping while the enemy has advanced his agendas across our land:  in our schools, entertainment, false religion, etc.
  • Loving the world more than God, which has made us Your enemies. (Ja 4:4).
  • Our ignorance of the Holy Scriptures and the life of faith.
  • Ignoring or neglecting our call to prayer and fasting.
  • Using our prayers to dictate to You, Oh God, how to be God and how to satisfy our desires of the flesh.
  • Living ungodly lifestyles that have profaned the Holy Name of the Lord.
  • Allowing abortion, pornography and fornication to be rampant in society at large.
  • Harboring unforgiveness, bitterness, jealousy, hatred, and offense toward others.
  • Our lack of passion for the Lord and subsequent lack of compassion for the lost.
  • Permitting homosexual “marriage” and relationships in society at large.
  • The sins of racism and of segregation.
  • Embracing the lie of the wicked spirit of freemasonry that has brought deception and defilement into all spheres of society.
  • Allowing a spirit of rebellion into our homes, our children, and in our relationship with You.
  • Allowing the Holy Name of the Lord Jesus Christ to be used as a profanity.
  • Failing to witness to our own brothers and sisters first, and so withholding the truth of Salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ
    from them. (Mat 28).

O Lord, to us belongs shame of face because we have greatly sinned against You, against each other, and against the world. And
so, Gracious God, we make our prayer before You with hearts filled with sincere repentance, hanging our heads in shame for what
we have done, have allowed, and have not done.

We the peoples of the United States of America make our petition to You, O Lord God, to forgive us all of our wrongdoings. We pray
Great and Merciful Father that as we have acknowledged and repented of our sins this day, that You will remember the blood of the
Lord Jesus Christ which was spilled that we might receive Your forgiveness. (Heb 9:22-28).

Righteous and merciful God, incline Your ear and hear; for we do not present our supplications because of our righteous deeds, but
because of Your great mercies and Your faithfulness.

Gracious God we pray - pour out Your Spirit of conviction and repentance upon Your church, upon this Government, and upon the
peoples of this land.

We pray this Father in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

National Day of Prayer, May 3, 2007, Washington DC
Dear Reader:

The above prayer was compiled and read out by myself in the Capitol of our nation in Washington, DC in May of 2007.  Never before have
we been in a time like we are now.  The hour is getting critical, and it is time for God's people to rise up in prayer such as never has been
done before.  It is imperative, therefore, that we as individuals humble ourselves before God and seek His face for this nation.  Isaiah 55:
6-7 says “Seek Jehovah while He may be found; call on Him while He is near.”  This infers that there will be a time where Jehovah cannot
be found.  My question for you is:  where can I find the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob now in the USA?  Or is He not to be found?

1 Sam 3:1-2 says, “And the child Samuel ministered unto the Lord before Eli.  And the word of the Lord was precious in those days; there
was no open vision.  And it came to pass at that time, when Eli was laid down in his place, and his eyes began to wax dim, that he could
not see.”  Although there are many churches and ministries out there today doing the Lord’s work in truthfulness and integrity, the
condition of some of the priests is of no difference in a lot of cases than Eli.  Because of the corruptness and greed that he allowed into
the temple through his sons, he lost his sight.  This was more than his natural sight, but his spiritual ability to discern and hear the voice
of the Lord.

Hebrew 5:11 [GW translation], in speaking about Jesus, says, “We have a lot to explain about this.  But since you have become too lazy to
pay attention, explaining it to you is hard.”  The MSG says it like this, “I have a lot more to say about this, but it is hard to get it across to you
since you’ve picked up this bad habit of not listening.”  Matthew 13:15 [KJVA] says “For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears
are dull of hearing and their eyes have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should
understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.”  Barnes commentary has this to say in explanation of this
verse:  “Waxed gross - Literally, “has become fat.” This language is commonly applied to “the body,” but is also used to denote one who
is stupid and foolish in mind. Here it means that the people were so sensual and corrupt that they did not see or understand the pure
spiritual principles of the gospel.  Lest they should see - Lest they should see their lost condition as sinners, and turn and live. The
reason given here why they did not hear and understand the gospel is, that their “heart” was “wrong.” They “would” not attend to the
things that belonged to their peace.”

2 Ti 4:3 [MSG] says, “You're going to find that there will be times when people will have no stomach for solid teaching, but will fill up on
spiritual junk food--catchy opinions that tickle their fancy.”  The GW translation says, “A time will come when people will not listen to
accurate teachings. Instead, they will follow their own desires and surround themselves with teachers who tell them what they want to

Through a process of many visions and prophetic words, the Lord has said that we are about to enter in to the fulfillment of the above
scriptures.  The Lord has indicated His patience is fast running out with the way in which His words are turned into personal profit by
many so-called “prophets, church leaders and Christian Leaders”, and where His name is used as a marketing exercise to raise funds
for whatever next impressive meeting, religious event, or crusade is on the agenda.  In 2 Ch 7:14 we have a promise from Almighty God
that He will forgive our sins as a nation, and heal our land. However, this promise is contingent upon us complying with HIS conditions,
and HIS conditions are very clearly spelled out in Is 55 where we read the Lord’s conditions for effective fasting and praying. Those, and
only those conditions are acceptable to Him.  We as a people should stop trying to dictate to God Almighty how to be God through our
definitions of what is acceptable to Him and what is not. We cannot go before Him on a specified day, confess our sins, and the next day
return to the same old patterns of self-righteousness, promotion of our own “Christian” social status and Divine abuse. IT IS TIME TO

James 4:1-10 [MKJV] says “From where do wars and fightings among you come?  Is it not from this, from your lusts which war in your
members? You desire, and do not have.  You murder, and are jealous, and cannot obtain.  You fight and war, yet you have not because
you ask not.  You ask and receive not, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it upon your lusts.  Adulterers and adulteresses!  Do
you not know that the friendship of the world is enmity with God?  Therefore whoever desires to be a friend of the world is the enemy of
God.  Do you think that the scripture says in vain,  ‘The spirit that dwells in us yearns to envy?'  But He gives more grace.  Therefore He
says, “God resists the proud, but He gives grace to the humble.” Therefore submit yourselves to God.  Resist the devil, and he will flee
from you.  Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.  Cleanse your hands, sinners; and purify your hearts, double-minded ones.
Be afflicted, and mourn and weep.  Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to heaviness.  Be humbled before the Lord, and
He will lift you up.”

We ask that you would begin to pray for this nation and its government from a position of humility, asking God for His intervention, His
forgiveness, His mercy and grace, and His leadership over this nation.  It is time for Christians to stop being double-minded:  professing
Christ as Lord and Savior, yet tolerating, allowing, and even actively walking in or supporting the exact opposite of God's ways in their

Our prayers are not only prayers of repentance before God, but also prayers for the conviction of the Holy Spirit upon this nation as a
whole to pray.  No amount of intellectual reasoning can or will change the hearts of unbelievers.  It is the Holy Spirit of God who will
convict the world [nation] of sin, so that a spirit of conviction and repentance will permeate this nation like never before.  True repentance
is a gift from God and can only be brought about by the conviction of the Holy Spirit in the hearts of men.  John 16:7-8 [NIV] says “But I tell
you the truth; it is for your good that I'm going away.  Unless I go away, the Counselor will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to
you.  When He comes, He will convict the world of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment.”

One of the mistakes we make is praying for God to change everyone else first, without being willing to look at ourselves.  We do literally
try and take the “speck” out of our brother's eye without taking the “log” out of our own first.  We are way too quick to even point our fingers
at our leaders [or potential leaders] of this nation without taking responsibility for our own actions.  Change starts with the individual.  So
pray first for yourself, and be willing to allow the Holy Spirit to bring conviction in your own life.  Only then may you truly repent and find
grace and forgiveness, and be in a position to truly begin to pray and seek God's will for this nation.

Pray for a move of the Holy Spirit across this nation such as has never been seen before.  The Lord has revealed to me that this next
move of His will not have evangelism as it’s main theme, but rather a wonderful move amongst His children, and so I would like to
encourage you to pray for a move of the Spirit that will overshadow the Welsh Revival, Azuza Street, and more.  Pray for a move of the
Spirit that will bring about a great revival of holiness, of righteousness, and of sanctification.  This is what the Lord is about to do!!  Pray
for the fires of God to come and test every man's work.  Pray for the mercies of God without which this nation shall be destroyed, because
of how far we have fallen.  Pray that we will be granted the grace to judge ourselves by the conviction of the Holy Spirit, because if we
don't, God will. Remember, in 1 Cor 11:31 the Bible teaches us that we should “judge ourselves, lest we be judged.”  God help us all if
we disregard this promise of grace, and then have to face His judgment as individuals and as a nation.

Finally, pray blessings over our current administration, as their time comes to a close.  It does not matter whether you like them or agree
with them.  God's directive is to pray for those in leadership over you, that they may be filled with HIS wisdom, and that it may be well with
